If you later need a stamped engineering report or repair drawings for a contractor, these are available separately. Pricing depends on project complexity.
Most homeowners only need the evaluation. A stamped report or repair drawings are only necessary if you’re moving forward with permitted repairs, financing, or a contractor requires engineered documentation. We’ll tell you honestly whether you need one, we don’t upsell services you don’t.
